Exchange guarantee: all our bookings are covered by a free rebooking guarantee.
✔ Rebook up to 2 weeks before arrival.
✔ Free service included for new bookings.
✔ Rebooking only possible within the same year.
✔ Rebooking is possible to a period and accommodation that are available on the website at that time, with any additional costs being charged. Price reductions will not be charged.
✔ You can exchange twice.
The rebooking guarantee does not apply to Lodge Long Stay and Camping Seasonal Packages. In these cases, the RECRON conditions apply, see below.
Cancellation fund: when booking, you have the option of taking out additional security through the cancellation fund. Taking out
the cancellation fund does not apply to seasonal packages and lodge long stays.

✔ Regardless of the reason.
Furthermore, your rights and obligations are regulated in the RECRON terms and conditions. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
These agreements have been established in consultation with the Consumers' Association and the ANWB. The cancellation conditions, if you did not opt for the cancellation fund when making your booking, are also set out in these terms and conditions.
